FAQ's

I haven't exercised in FOREVER!!! I'm so out of shape; do you really think I could handle jazzercise?

Of course! Jazzercise is designed for all fitness levels. During one of our classes you will work at your own pace. We give low impact options and you control the intensity level.

Isn't jazzercise outdated? This was something my mom used to do…

Exactly! Jazzercise has been around for over 35 years and has stood the test of time. Your instructor is continually learning fresh techniques and is educated and held to the most current fitness standards.

I don't want to stand out at my first class, what exactly should I wear?

First, PLEASE bring your aerobic shoes with you! It is very important that we do not have street shoes on the dance floor. Other than that, wear whatever is comfortable. Most people wear a t-shirt or tank top and a comfortable pair of pants or shorts. Just make sure you can move easily and you'll be fine.

What should I bring with me?

Supportive shoes, water bottle, hand weights, exercise mat (a beach towel would also work) and a positive attitude! That's all you need!

Everything sounds great, how do I join?

Simply arrive 15 minutes early to your first class. Someone will be there to help you fill out some simple paperwork and show you around. At that time we will also discuss with you what package and payment option works best for you.
